Some flybe fares start at £0.19 so how are they going to deduct £1.

This is just another ploy to squeeze more of passengers. They will get away with advertising a low fare price but in reality it could be much higher if you have a couple of bags.

I also cannot see how they will fit a standard cabin bag in the Dash 8 or in the bins in the middle of the BAE146. Those are letterbox sized!
