Hotel Cortijo Soto Real - about 13km outside the city, but worth it...

elBullihotel Hacienda Benazuza - 25 km from SVQ airport, but worth it...

Casa De Carmona (my favourite) - also about 25km from the city centre, but hell is it worth it...

(Know you want an easy weekend but these places are well worth seeking out)
