My wife and I are heading to Spain over xmas, and are travelling in First on British (very excited!). One question, can I book time in the Moulton Brown Spa before arrival, or can you only do it after you arrive at the airport? Any contact information would be most helpful.

I have read most of the trip reviews of BA first, anything else I should know? I must say I am disappointed that some have found it to be worse than Quantas first class, as we flew Quantas last year and I thought BA was supposed to be better. Anyways, first is still first and we are so excited and can't wait!
