I am in the process of getting my miles which has been incorrectly credited to Krisflyer into LH M&M. Short story is that I requested SQ for correction and they said I should conatct LH. I contacted LH and they told me to get in contact with SQ to delete the miles and get a letter from SQ. I then have to send this letter with the original BP and tix to LH. Imagine being 'shutttled' between the two organisation.

This thing has yet happened again. My flight yesterday has now been credited incorrectly into Krisflyer. How is this possible? I bought the tix from my TA using my LH ff no. I firstly did an online check-in and under the FF section, I qouted LH M&M. At checkin yesterday LHR-SIN, to be doubly sure, I only showed my LH ff card and asked to ensure that the miles goes to LH. Guess what? Miles yet again to Krisflyer!

What other ways can I make sure this error does not happen again? Thanks for your input.
