Kxt....second that on both of those properties. I fell in love with Sardinia and would love to have a vacation/retirement home near Costa Smeralda. Funny story...the guy who checked out before me had a bill totaling 27,000 Euro...he looked like a mid 30s American who also happened to live on Avenue Victor Hugo in Paris (he joked about his bill being in Lira instead of Euro). Anyway...I am also fond of the Westin Excelsior in Rome and Florence and the Danielli in Venice.
