So I got an e-mail tonight announcing the new US Airways Club in LAX... Except... uh, US Airways was never sorry to see me go!

"We were sorry to see you go...and there's never been a better time to rejoin the US Airways ClubŪ! We're opening our newest Club location in Los Angeles, and would like to invite you to rejoin!

On December 19, 2005, we will open the newly renovated US Airways Club at Los Angeles International Airport. Located in Terminal 1, the LAX Club will be open daily from 5:30 AM until 11:00 PM PST."

I *am a member* of the U Club, and joined for the first time in October. The only way I can figure they're "sorry to see you go" is if they, uh, "revenue-enhanced" my 12-month membership into a three-month membership without telling me.
