Nope, because it's the
content of the e-mail that is important here, not the simple fact of receiving an e-mail. @:-)
A more informative title would be something like "Upgrade policy at Westin Diplomat?" or "Westin Diplomat upgrade policy during holidays" or.... you get the idea.
