What's with Americans threatening to sue? There are at least 5 active threads where the individual who submitted the thread either threatened to sue if they didn't ask the forum they should sue
Not all of us are ridiculously litigious. Believe it or not, quite a few of us still possess the intellectual capacity to commit to common sense in spite of the attractive pull of stupidity.

EDIT: Note that the OP is apparently NOT American, however I think the comments apply broadly.
