No (it wasn't a family member )and I didn't see the name on the card either, one of those people (and I use the term people for want of a better word) who thought that saying DYKWIA would always get him somewhere. I felt sorry for the FA who had to take most of his complaining.

Thankfully I had ear plugs and NC Headphones and was able to block him out.
