A lot of airlines have powerports under the seats. I can only speak for AA, but generally they have ports at all premium cabins. Also, in coach, there are shared ports in the first few rows, plus the exit rows, and then every few rows after that.

Oh, AA uses a regular cigarette lighter-type plug. UA and others use something called "empower"
