I know this topic has been touched on before but I can't find the thread. I booked in my name and paid for (advance rate) on the PC site 3 rooms in a HI Express in England but didnt use any of them myself. None of the 3 users is in PC but the hotel refuses to post even 1 night let alone 3.They say the member has to actually stay to qualify. Is this right? What's very annoying is that I lose not only the points for the stay but the 1000 on-line booking bonus as well.
