Not always. My wife flew TED several times this year without me along for the ride, and as a general member she got seating zone 4 / E- seats with the "Airport Check-in Required" bit on even full flights, but her tickets still came from S, T, and W buckets and cheap fares.

It all depends on what IM wants to sell.
