I agree, I split my traveling between CO an AA. I fly only domestic for work, but fly a lot of it. I have usually been able to keep Gold on CO and Plat on AA just by segments. AA has much better flight schedules where I live, so this policy will definately convince me to switch all of my flying to AA next year as I will be able to attain EXP where I normally could not. Before, I knew EXP was not possible w/o some major MR time investments and I was content to stop at 60 segments. AA will get much more revenue from me next year because of this change.
