I agree with your points 1, 2 & 3. Almost the same as my flights.

As for DirecTV, I had it one way, but not the other. The captain apologized for the lack of DirecTV and said it was because additional equipment needed to be fitted in FL in the next week or so.

The service was good. One way we had a choice of all beverages and a blue chips/cookie choice for a snack. The other way was OJ/Water/Coffee only, but this was a morning flight. I asked for a tomato juice and this was no trouble, I even asked for a second after I drank the first one. ^ We got the same chips/cookie choice.
