I am a PM on Delta and was recently approached by a Passenger Service Coordinator while boarding a flight. He gave me his card and explained that they specialize in assisting PMs. I had a problem on that flight - and was rebooked on American for my connection. I emailed the PSC and got my mileage, segments, and an apology within 2 hours of sending the email - pretty good!! I'll be utilizing them from now on whenever I have a problem.
