The TSA may ask to see your boarding pass, but only to see if you've been SSSS'd. We don't check where your from or anything like that. If you are SSSS'd, under 12 is exempt. But please, get all the metal off of them you can because they are not exempt if they alarm the WTMD. A child should also have a parent with them if they do have to be wanded. It won't be done out of your presence. Travel in sneakers, no metal belts, hoop earrings, or bangle bracelets as they will alarm. Also, large barettes in girls hair will alarm. Nothing wrapped in foil in pockets, no gum, candy, cigarettes, chewing tobacco. Hope this helped somewhat. Any questions I'll be happy to help you with.
