Can do, but watch for road work
I have done this trips many times in the past few months.
Most of the road work will probably be done by now, but they did have 20kms of the highway in various states of repair between Pt. Alberni and Tofino/Ucluelet junction. This made for slow and muddy going.
Spring storm watching, surfing, etc. can be great. Have fun!
