Well for me, a Diamond, I'd only stay here on award (FFNs definitely and maybe standard points) or deep discount rates only.
I agree that this property is a disgrace for the rates they charge and being the "flagship" Hyatt. I can't believe that Hyatt corporate lets this go on in their own backyard since Hyatt is based in Chicago. We've actually said they should send staff to PH SFO for training!!!
