Not quite. I can't get it quite right either, but it's more of a Sh-khip-holl (where the kh is pretty guttural).
The initial consonant is more like an s than a sh; ch is not dissimilar to a Spanish jota or a Scottish ch and the o is a long-ish o, so you end up with something like s-khip-haul
