Do you have teenage daughters? Expect random pat-downs where disgraceful TSA employees touch their breats and possibly other private parts.
Having lived in Israel I've experienced their security numerous times; despite the intrusiveness of it they at least go about it in a rational and effective manner. In some ways they are less instrusive than the TSA, at least when it comes to touching you.
At any rate, prepare yourself and your family for a thorough groping, shoes-off experience. Welcome to the USA.
