Not quite. I can't get it quite right either, but it's more of a Sh-khip-holl (where the kh is pretty guttural).
As Bill Bryson described the guttural part of the Dutch language in one of his books - something along the lines of - "making desperate hacking noises as if a moth was lodged in the back of his throat"
