Just returned to my room from the new fitness center in this hotel. It's fabulous. Best facility in this genre of hotel that I have ever experienced. Located on the second floor, the center offers three treadmills, two recumbent bikes, an upright bike, a stair stepper, and an vast assortment of machines and free weights. The most striking aspect of the center are the flat panel LCD TV's integral to each piece of cardio equipment. They are all tuneable and come with their own headsets. I didn't take a tape measure with me but they looked to be 15-inch, or maybe 17-inch, units.

The new fitness center at HGI Arlington Courthouse makes this an even better hotel choice!
