I swear by them - especially after contracting a nasty eye infection a few years ago which nearly lost me my sight in one eye!!! I was reminded by the company doctor that where passports and boarding passes have been placed by our wonderful customers (as well as money - the dirtiest commodity of all) is a mystery that is probably best not to know!!!

On a really disgusting note, the employees of a particularly well-known international fast-food outlet at Gatwick rarely wash their hands after No 1's or No 2's (they share our staff toilets) - apparently they have to set a "stop watch" when they go to the loo so, as Paul Daniels used to say, "Every Second Counts!"
