Apparently, showing a Plat card is enough to have access with a guest which would mean an additional Plat card holder could use this at no extra cost.
I am not surprised that the centurion rep has no idea. They usually don't have an idea about anything to tell you the truth. I have been very disappointed with the service they provide in the US.
