If you look at the brochure I believe it does work for shorter (saw a 70' one somewhere). And even if it didnt 100% stop that plane it would have still had a huge effect and could have changed the outcome). If you take a look at the photos in the brochure even the larger planes arent using up the entire length of the EMAS to stop. This material works. It should be required at every airport without a long safety zone (or those like BGM where there is a precipitious drop)
