I have been calling the Chairman's Desk for days trying to book something to Europe on Award Travel, but have only gotten the same response over and over again that nothing is available or that Premium Awards are the only ones available.

I called for the final time tonight and spoke with an angel by the name of Elizabeth R. and she was able to get me something to London. I would like to recognize her for this. Where would I send something to compliment her?
