Email the ambassador service center, tell that that you understood that in sending in the form you would be upgraded to Royal Ambassador and renewing for a year for $100 (which is why you provided credit card information on the form), that you're surprised to see a March expiration date, and that you've been planning to shift your hotel stays to IC but that only 3 months of status won't give you the opportunity to show your loyalty yadda yadda....
