For AMEX, should be able to do it with AMEX Travel Certificates AMEX Travel Certificates . Reward code 7099-0000. Pricey however. 10,000 points per $100. Redeem sufficient points to buy enough $100 certificates to cover the cost and then have the AMEX travel agent buy the AC pass. As a travel agent they can do that for you.

Is that what you had in mind?
