Also, for future reference - the staff at the ticket desk on the top floor above the Concorde lounge in the Terraces are particularly quick at associating bookings and eticket numbers as I have made changes in the past in the lounges where you sign into the lounge, and then wandered directly opposite to make the association.

It only took seconds - so I do sympathise dnw !
