Unfortunately, my friend and his family would be flying E- if they fly TED, however I was thinking that the IFE availability on the Airbus should make it a better choice. But given the digiplayers that they can reserve ahead on AS, makes this a tougher choice now.

On the otherhand, an UA agent I contacted told me that my friend's daughter (<1yr) would be charged 10% of the ticket price. A quick call to an agent with AS informed me that a higher price (2/3 of the adult ticket price) will be charged.
