I have given up on Alamo posting miles. At 50 mi/day, its just not worth the fight. All the info collection, finding the ticket, boarding passes, writing a letter - takes way too much! I believe they still owe me miles for 2 day rental in Dec at LAX, and 1 day rental at IAD.
My solution - I just don't rent from them.
