To address Kempis questions:

I have no idea, why they choose SLC actualy, but I find it funny that 46 goes directly, while for the route back you need DL 47 to JFK and DL 1991 from JFL to SLC. But that might be because of US requirements.

I dont think it is because of the scandinavians living there, the most people leave the plane in JFK and on the trip from JFK to ARN I had never (in 5 trips) someone in the BE seat next to me and the plane is only 75% full in BE.
