The keys to my scheme are taking 4 roundtrips CLE-LAS, paying for them with a MasterCard and having registered for OnePass Offer 58013. Here are the particulars.

I've booked 4 flights, CLE-LAS-CLE same day for $198.40 roundtrip each. I'm Silver Elite.
