Arrivals Lounge in SIN??

We are arriving on SQ15 in SIN at 00.55 on a Saturday morning. Our journey will have started many hours before in Toronto so we will be medium jetlagged. I have *G (Aeroplan) and we are travelling on business class reward tickets.

Is there a lounge in SIN we can use as an arrivals longue - after picking up baggage - to have a shower, snooze, etc until the day starts?

We are only staying until Monday evening (leaving on SQ225 to Perth on Tuesday 01.55). As we are travelling on reward tickets, the Singapore Airlines stopover deals seem to be out for us.

Should we try to book a hotel near (in?) the airport with the 00.55 arival, and move downtown the next day? Or should we just take a chance without pre-booking. Maybe we'll miss a connection We were considering hanging out in a lounge as a possibility - depending on the answer to this question. Or is it better to book the hotel we really want to stay in for the Friday night - even with the time needed to pick uip luggage (if it makes our connections), get money from an ATM, get a taxi (many available in the middle if the night), and arrive at 3 or 4 am?

Also, as we have business class (booking class I) tickets on the way to PER, I assume that this means we can get in to the Silver Kris Lounge as well as the Premier Lounge? If so, which is best? I have also read about a swimming pool airside at the airport. Is this handy from the lounges? From what I have read, it seems we could check in - and get rid of baggage - maybe 6 hours before the flight? I have had the difficulty - most recently in DUB with BD - where they would not allow ius to check in or go airside to the lounge as we arrived too early. Am I right that this does not apply to SQ?
