This is typical of Ryanair management. You cannot give away airline tickets for nothing, or almost nothing, and not have to collect passenger revenue one way or another to pay for the flights. If you travel on Ryanair you have to accept the way they do business, or take an alternative carrier and pay accordingly.
I really believe that Ryanair could operate with a much better customer service attitude to passengers and still make a good profit. However, they choose not to.
