I don't remember exactly how much but I did at least ten short haul and one long haul rewards:
YYZ CLE x2
YYZ YOW x3
YYZ YUL x3
YYZ BOS x1 (for friend)
YYZ ATL x1
YYZ YVR x1

So I guess that makes it around 200K.

I usually book my flights (as an SE) a day or two before (it's great to have the flexibility with instant KK).

For 2006 it will be pretty much the same -- mostly short hauls.
I also book int'l D rewards for my parents at 120K each... usually yearly YYZ HKG.
