This mightnot be as much of an issue with IBM, but as a general rule, if you can, demand a company credit card for your hotel, air and car expenses at the very least or you will wind up being the company's financing entity, you will have vast out of pocket expenses the company will be slow to pay, and you will have to fight tooth and nail for every nickel and dime.
