It appears to be over, for now...

Google "Korean Air Strike" and a bunch of articles come up. Seems as if the government forced the pilots back to work, and they have to negotiate (and work) for 30 days before they can strike again. So, if nothing gets resolved, they would appear to be able to strike again in mid-January.
