After reading and digesting much of the advice on this forum, I signed up for a BA Amex Premium card. As I don't yet have BAEC membership, I checked the box to have one created for me at the same time.

I recieved my shiney new Amex card in the post just over a week ago and had intended to buy tickets for my holiday next year with it, but I still don't have any details of my BAEC membership and I don't want to run into problems with missing out on the the miles I'd recieve.

Will my BAEC membership details show up in the post soon, or should I be bothering Amex customer services?
