Yes I agree with this. People in general seem to take instructions from asian cabin crew lightly. It's as if that just because they're asian, that they can be ignored, talked down , ordered around (eg - "hang my coat up", "carry my bag"...), shouted at (eg - "Why is the plane delayed? I want compensation".

Is it because that asians seem be subservient to others?

Can you imagine telling some cabin crew over at AA or BA "EH ! You! Hang my coat up! " ?
