This is very helpful; thanks. I haven't flown QF in years (I flew LAX-SYD-LAX in F on QF about 10 or so years ago); when flying from LHR to Asia, is there any reason to consider one of the QF flights to SIN or BKK for variety, or is it not worth having to give up the CX LHR-HKG flight?
