I have contacted Alaska to have miles retroactively credited to AA. On the day of flight I had asked 'em to post the segment to AA, but they made a mistake and did not do so. When I discovered the mistake, I contacted Mileage Plan and they were able to make the correction, a few weeks after the fact.
So at least one possible option for you is to contact Alaska Mileage Plan Department and tell 'em you were doing an end-of-year audit of your account and you noticed that one segment was not posted properly. It just might do the trick for ya'. Hope this helps.
