you might want to checkout the lowepro stealth, it is the best laptop/slr backpack I have seen, might not have enough extra space for your other items though.

Have you thought about buying a daypack, a computer sleeve and something like a set of lens wraps (domke makes these)? That way it is a bit more low key and you look like more a of a traveller.
