The PM was just offering to loan the OP, who lives close to me, my Orange UK sim for use for a few weeks.

The plot thickened when I found out that my Orange sim will be roaming when in Dublin.

It looks like only O2 has native coverage in both Dublin and England. But I did NOT like most of my O2 experiences.
