Agree wholeheartedly with the original post. I can't even keep count how many times I've had to do this (even w/ Plat line)...

Recent case with city pair. First rep quoted I could not change flight and would be $1000 for one-way. Called back a day later and it was done for standard $100 fee. Go figure!
