I concur with the suggestions above. There is a difficulty, though. What's an IC now may or may not be an IC in future.

I have stayed in the following ICs which are no longer ICs.

- Paris - now Westin
- Brussels - now Crowne Plaza
- The Hague Hotel des Indes - now Le Meridien Hotel des Indes
- Luxembourg - now Hilton
- Cologne - the previous IC
- Leipzig - now something else
- Budapest - the previous IC
- Helsinki - now Continental (Scandic)
- Helsinki Strand - now Hilton Strand
- Copenhagen Hotel d'Angleterre - still the d'Angleterre

There may be others ...

Narrows the choice somewhat. Of these, only the Paris/Westin was specially noteworthy.
