I believe I've seen this discussed, but the search function seems to be down.

Can someone recommend AONE3 itineraries ex-BOS if the goal is to maximize miles. I think I'd like to start out BOS-JFK-YVR-LHR to get those great CX and BA segments, and I need layovers in BKK and SIN, but beyond that I'm wide open.

[Also, if I do start out, BOS-JFK-YVR-LHR, am I correct that I can still return from Asia on CX888 without violating the one transcon rule, even though it routes HKG-YVR-JFK?]
