"Delta's changes benefit others"

Now I know who the talking heads at Delta are referring to when they say "BASED ON INPUT FROM OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS, WE..."

This is exerpted from a letter to the editor in The Cincinnati Enquirer on 1-4 regarding the Article on Jan 2.(Page A-13)

the writer says...

"Actually, I cannot really weep for these people. Perhaps now they will spread their business around and utilize the other airlines that depart from CVG....Perhaps the Delta flights will be less crowded and I wont have to battle those Medallion passengers who insist on taking aboard more than their share of luggage. Perhaps now when I travel in coach class and struggle to find space for my small carry on bag, I will find room in the overhead luggage bin. Perhaps now there will be fewer passengers sitting in the lounge areas talking loudly on their cell phones, disturbing the peace of everyone around them."

AND THEN SHE CONCLUDES....

"My yearly travel only amounts to about 18 round-trip flights, business and pleasure;and for some of the business trips, I feel that with my ticket cost I could have bought the aircraft. However, for the few times I travel on Delta Air Lines, I shall be pleased to say adieu to those Medallion club members"

I will not post her name.

It looks like Delta has been listening to the right people again!
