On the SEA-IAD flight they typically start with drinks after take off - sometimes even a biscoti or those little breakfast cookie things, but not always. The Flight then gets a breakfast typical of a transcon, omlet, bacon, baggel, crossant, or danish from the bread basket or the cold selection with cereal, yogurt, fruit. Lately I have seen the egg inside a baked potato shell - its a little different.
Sometimes I have gotten a warm cookie before landing - sometimes the FAs go thru with drink service and the premium nut mix in the gold foil. I am a big breakfast eater so I tend to find the selection on this flight a little lacking especially since I don't usually get to eat for a few more hours once I get to IAD or am connecting to a UX flight with no meal service. Wish it was like PS with the more substantial snack before landing.
