Great location, very good service/staff. It is the old world charm kind of hotel.
The things I don't like about this hotel are
1. If you get a lower floor room facing the streetcars you will not be able to get a good sleep because the street cars run till late in the night and start early
2. The room doesn't cool down enough
3. If you have bags and take the bart it's a tough walk up/down the hill, it's good exercise though.

Personally I prefer Ren Parc 55, it's right outside the BART station and in the middle of all restaurants.
